So, we had all these plans to wake up early and have Ashlyn go on her first Easter egg hunt now that she is old enough to actually know what to do (kind of), but we slept in and ended up being late to church, without any Easter festivities. We then decided we would do it after dinner. Ashlyn had other plans. She went to bed at 6:00, and her Easter basket remained empty. There's always next year...

Poor, deprived Ashlyn. Just Kidding. If it makes you feel any better, we didn't do anything for Andrew. We staged a fake basket so the other kids would think the Easter Bunny came for everyone. Of course, Brooke and I will eat the goodies, and Andrew will never know. Ashlyn doesn't have older siblings to trick, so you should be good for next year.

Poor little Ashlyn...next year, next year. Our Maui posts are up though, if you haven't seen...you should take a gander. We're not done quite yet, but days 1-3 are there!
Ashlyn is such a little snuggle bunny. We'll have to play Easter egg hunt when I see you next. I can't wait!
