The Hawaiian Adventures of Dad & Nancy - Day 3

Wednesday, March 4th

We were going to do a hike today, but the weather was ominous so we went with plan B. We didn't do much that was super photo worthy though. It started off with a drive up to Tantalus lookout point. You can pretty much see all the south shore from this spot.
It was obviously windy and cloudy up there. Diamond Head crater is in the background of the picture above. Heather didn't come with us, electing to stay home and let Jaxon get some sleep from a long day at the PCC.
Here's a zoomed in shot Dad took of the Ala Moana area which we live. If you see the building with the roof that looks like white triangles (it's the Hawaii Convention Center) and you go all the way to the right of the photo. We live right behind that building!
and here's just one of the many creatures from the insect world which we live with. Unfortunately, the cockroach is the most common one!
After that we just went to Wal-Mart and Sam's Club, then I had to go to work. Heather took Nancy and Dad and the kids to Ross later where they picked up a sweet swimsuit for my dad. We'll reveal it on a later day!
Heather then made up some dinner with her super helper, and they watched me on the news all night long.... yeah right. They didn't even watch me everyday! Oh well.

Day #4 coming up next!
